The Twelve Days of Holiday Organizing: Managing December Deadlines
December 9, 2016Day 1:
Create a Holiday Book Activity for your Family, for Advent or Hanukkah

This is one of the best times of the year to gather and sort all of your books. You can make room for new books that you may receive this year by editing out those that you will probably never read again. Then take your favorite holiday themed books and wrap them up. You can use plain craft paper or wrapping paper from last year and label them with numbers 1 through 24 (or 1 through 8 for Hanukkah). You can find number stickers at your local craft store to make it really easy.
Each evening members of the family will take turns unwrapping the books and then reading them together. This is especially fun for the youngest members of the family. This activity provides a wonderful excuse to slow down and enjoy an activity together with no distractions.

I started organizing from a very early age. As a teenager, I tried very hard to have a messy room but only ended up having messy piles that were neatly arranged. Later in life, my friends started asking me to help them organize their closets, homes, garages, etc. It's something I love to do! Now, I have started a Professional Organizing business to do what I love to do everyday and at the same time help people take control of their lives and spaces. My services include helping people organize
